LAY-AWAY PAYMENTS

If an item is marked with a choice of payments, you may place that item on layaway.

Unlike E-Z Pay, Layaway items will not be shipped until the balance is paid in full.

Layaway Instructions:

1. Email us at or phone to check availability of the item you are interested in. If the item is available, it will be marked 'sold' and an email will be sent with your instructions, at which point the item will be held for one week. If we do not receive downpayment within one week, then the item will be once again for open sale.

We accept Checks, Money Orders, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover.

2. The first payment is a restocking fee and is non-refundable. Any layaway cancellations or changes will be charged the restocking fee and any remaining credits will be given as a store credit. Store credits are good for 90 days. There are no refunds.

3. Late payments (more than 5 days) will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. If a payment becomes 30 days late, the restocking fee will be charged immediately and any remaining credit will become a store credit for the customer. Although it is the responsibility of the customer to make timely payments, we will email a reminder 2-3 days prior to payment due date (failure to receive this email reminder is no excuse for not making timely payment)

4. The price of the item on the date the layaway is started is what the layaway order will be billed at, whether the item goes on special or has a price increase later.

5. We do not accept any new layaways between 12/1 and 12/31 of each year.

6. There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or changes on layaways. Damaged merchandise can be returned for the same item only.
